Poplar Street Pub's making barflies notice

It took a while for the father-and-son team to get their bar, the Poplar Street Pub, up and running. But then the nightspot on 200 West, next to the established Red Rock Brewing Company, is already a part of Salt Lake City's mini-restaurant row.
