Extending Sloan: A Smart Move

On December 2, 2009, the Utah Jazz extended the contract of Jerry Sloan through the 2010-2011 season. Let me say this now for all to hear.  Jerry Sloan is the right coach for this team.  Extending him was the right thing to do. There seems to be a contingent, though...
